About Our Beijing
Our Beijing creates active, local-first experiences for people who want more than sightseeing. We focus on adventure, movement, food, and everyday life — riding bikes through hutongs, hiking in the mountains, and sharing the parts of Beijing most people miss.
What You’ll Do
– Lead bike and eBike experiences through Beijing’s hutongs
– Host outdoor adventures (mountain hikes, Great Wall routes, seasonal trips) – Help run or host cultural workshops and small group activities
– Look after guests from start to finish — timing, flow, safety, energy
– Adapt plans when needed and solve problems calmly
– Share Beijing through engaging storytelling, not scripts
– Represent Our Beijing on the ground — you set the tone of the experience

What You Need
– Very strong storytelling skills

– Energetic, reliable, and responsible
– Physically able to cycle, walk, and hike for several hours – Able to learn quickly and improve with feedback
– Willing to offer ideas and help evolve experiences
Practical Details
– Part-time role
– Work is experience-based (weekdays and weekends, depending on bookings)
– Pay varies depending on the type of experience, group size, and your level of experience and responsibility – Details discussed during the interview
Bonus (Nice to Have)
– Mandarin language skills
– Knowledge of Beijing food, culture, or outdoor routes
– Experience hosting, guiding, teaching, or facilitating groups
