As junior consultant, you will be part of the team working on our market research and business development projects. Your main role is to help our clients in gathering the right information ensuring they make optimal choices when entering the market.
Job description:
You will be managing a variety of projects where you will be asked to:
- Be part of a consulting team to perform market research
- Support clients in obtaining the right information towards market entry
- Help plan and manage projects
- Communicate with both Chinese and Western clients
- Assist with visits to potential partners and/or sites on behalf of foreign clients
- Collaborate with a team to manage client relationships
- Research relevant (China related) information for articles
- Produce articles for Acclime’s marketing department
- Assist the rest of the consultant team
Job requirements:
As junior consultant you will receive support with day-to-day responsibilities, but we also want to challenge you to take your own responsibilities and grow to the level of Senior Consultant as quickly as possible.
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Project management experience to make sure you can deliver on promises made to clients
- Confident personality and result driven as you will be asked to interact with our clients directly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse data and ensure we always deliver on promises made
- Passionate about China, Chinese business, and Chinese culture
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- For non-Chinese applicants: able to meet the requirements to obtain a working permit, and currently in China; Chinese skills preferred but not required
- For Chinese applicants: relevant (working) experience abroad or with western culture
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
