We are looking for someone positive, entrepreneurial, empathetic, customer-oriented and very well-organised. You will be involved in the ongoing business development of our subscription service and have the opportunity to work with a number of external partners, both in China and overseas; learning along the way about every aspect of education consultancy in China.
The membership manager is responsible for:
- Overseeing the business development and growth of all Venture subscription services
- Identifying new opportunities to partner with organisations in delivering high-value products and services to Venture subscribers
- Support and facilitate the delivery of partners’ offerings to Venture subscribers
- Developing and managing Venture’s wider network of stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience and interest in education; especially in a Chinese context
- An enterprising personality with a proven track record of executing quality
- Strong writing abilities in English; there is no preference for nationality
- Creative approaches to research; an interest in both the macro and trivial
- Attention to detail; capable of producing both quality and quantity
- Excellent organisation, analytical and communications skills
- An energetic, can-do attitude and an ability to work in a fast-moving environment

Salary: 17,000RMB per month
Location: Dongdaqiao
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
