THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The Assistant Business Development Manager is responsible for building and maintaining valuable regional partnerships with schools, companies and organizations who serve similar customer segments.

THIS POSITION IS TO EXECUTE
– Assist BD manager to deal with the breakdown and paperwork in customer service process.
– Assist BD manger to deal with partnership for joint events, sponsorships, etc by developing unique proposals for each potential partner includes and especially building network of schools.
– Strengthen results from existing partnerships and creating new partnerships by creating clear plans for cooperation with clear benefits for each side; leverage partnerships nationally.
– Together with BD manager to drive the sales expansion of year-round YMCE courses.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
– Over 2 years of work experience related to business development in educational industry.
– With good job responsibility, carefulness, patience and earnestness.
– Strong sense of service and sales
– Excellent teamwork skills
– Good in English and Chinese

岗位职责：
1、 根据商务经理对于国际学校及机构的定制服务要求，梳理并持续优化针对学校及家长咨询服务的流程标准化文件；

2、 根据部门发展需求，支持并协助商务经理达成相关业务执行及客户对接流程；
3、 根据部门发展需求，支持并协助针对商务经理，完成全国学校及机构的招生宣讲工作；

4、 支持并协助商务经理，完成销售计划制定，并协助组织、监督及实施。

任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历 ；
2、英语可作为日常工作语言；

3、二年以上教育行业从业经验；
4、具有极强的客户服务意识;

5、目标感强,优秀的沟通、组织和协同能力；

6、熟练操作OFFICE办公软件。
