We are looking for someone organised, hard-working, adaptive and creative to join our consultancy team. You will manage projects for important clients about every aspect of education consultancy in China. This may include producing research reports, carrying out policy and market analysis, or developing innovative approaches to business development.

Venture Education is a Beijing-based consultancy that empowers UK education in China through research, projects and consultancy. Our team is a mixture of former teachers, university lecturers, education professionals, research analysts and project leaders from the UK and China. We are always open to new projects, we love to make ideas happen, and we care about what we do.
Your responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work in collaboration with the team to conduct high-quality primary research, including qualitative as well as quantitative analysis and insights
- Produce policy and consultancy reports that contribute and drive contemporary debates in the Chinese education sector
- Collect and synthesise existing data from multiple sources to effectively communicate key findings to internal and external stakeholders
- Assure that all reports and published research documents are consistent, accurate and timely
- Collaborate with local, national and international entities
The ideal candidate will have:
- Native fluency in Chinese
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- A bachelor’s degree and two years of work experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when writing, proofreading and copy-editing
- Passion for reading and writing research, policy and reports
- Ability to analyse data and information, identify trends and connections and present findings clearly and accurately through graphics and writing
- Experience in China and/or UK education sector preferred

Job Details
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Monthly salary: 12,000-15,000 RMB
- Work Visa (Z-visa) provided for non-Chinese nationals
- Medical Insurance provided
