论坛目标
法律论坛的目标是：
鼓励中国法律发展的所有领域知识分享。主要涉及区域包括中国、英格兰和威尔士，其他区域，比如香港和美国的法律发展情况也在论坛讨论范围内。该论坛讨论的问题包括外商直接投资、反垄断法、知识产权、建筑、资源能源、腐败合规、国际仲裁、银行、金融和IPO等法律问题。
邀请行业领先人士、专业律师和学者就这些法律领域发表演说。发言人将分享他们在特定领域的知识及专业技能，之后就当前实践领域的相关问题进行讨论。讨论目的是在广泛的政策层面及技术层面讨论法律。
在北京建立法律专业人士网络。
提供平台，供北京专业人士交流商业及行业相关新闻、经验和发展信息。
中国英国商会和英中贸易协会法律论坛，专为在北京工作的法律从业人员（包括私人执业和公司全职律师）设计，让他们交流当前热点法律问题的相关经验和专业知识。总体目标是鼓励律师，积极参与在中国开展业务时所面临的法律和实际问题的讨论。
该论坛涵盖了与中国/英国有关的各种法律问题，例如中国外商投资法的最新进展，及英国“反贿赂法”对中国企业的影响。
