How does your company contribute to strengthening UK–China business relations?
Stakeholder Consulting contributes to strengthening UK–China business relations by supporting companies on both sides with clear, execution-driven cross-border strategies. With dual headquarters in the UK and Beijing, we help UK and European companies better understand and engage with the China market, while supporting Chinese companies expanding into the UK and global markets. Leveraging our professional network across more than 80 countries and regions, we facilitate strategic partnerships, M&A transactions, and innovation-led collaboration, ensuring that cross-border cooperation is commercially viable, sustainable, and value-driven.
What makes your organisation unique in your industry or market?
Stakeholder Consulting differentiates itself through its strong stakeholder-focused philosophy and execution-driven approach. We believe strategy only creates value when it benefits all key stakeholders and can be implemented in practice. Beyond advisory, we actively support deal execution, post-transaction integration, and value creation. Combined with our global professional network spanning over 80 countries and regions, and our Global Innovation & Incubation capability, we are able to support complex cross-border transactions, market entry projects, and the international development of technology-driven businesses in a highly practical and results-oriented manner.
What recent achievements or milestones are you most proud of?
A key recent achievement has been helping international companies and overseas markets gain a deeper understanding of China’s market environment, opportunities, and innovation landscape. Through a value-creation-driven approach, we have enabled international clients to engage with the China market in a more structured, sustainable, and commercially meaningful way
At the same time, we have guided Chinese companies to clarify their value propositions and strategic positioning, supporting their international expansion through technology-driven innovation and collaboration with global partners. These engagements reflect our role in facilitating two-way value creation between China and global markets.
