How does your company contribute to strengthening UK–China business relations?
PingPong Digital helps UK organisations communicate more effectively with Chinese audiences by bridging the gap between global brand objectives and local digital behaviour. Our role is to make UK brands, institutions and destinations more visible, relevant and trusted in China through platform strategy, content localisation, paid media, influencer marketing and on-the-ground activation. By helping British organisations understand Chinese consumer expectations and the digital ecosystems, we support more meaningful engagement, stronger partnerships and long-term commercial opportunities between the UK and China.
What makes your organisation unique in your industry or market?
Our strength lies in combining strategic marketing expertise with deep, practical knowledge of China’s digital platforms. We work closely with major platforms including WeChat, Weibo, ByteDance, Baidu and RED, giving our clients access to up-to-date insights and effective campaign execution. Unlike agencies that only provide strategy, we also deliver content, media buying, community management, livestreaming, influencer campaigns and offline activations through our bilingual UK and China teams. This integrated model means our clients benefit from one team that understands both their international brand standards and the nuances of Chinese consumer behaviour, ensuring campaigns are not only culturally relevant but also commercially effective.

What inspired your organisation to become a member of BritCham China?
BritCham China represents exactly the type of cross-border business community we are passionate about. As an agency that supports UK and international organisations in China, we wanted to be part of a network that encourages collaboration, knowledge-sharing and stronger UK–China business relationships. Joining BritCham gives us the opportunity to connect with like-minded organisations, share our digital marketing insights and contribute to conversations around how British businesses can succeed in China.
What kind of collaborations or connections are you most interested in building through BritCham?
We are keen to connect with UK and China-based organisations looking to improve their visibility, engagement or lead generation in the Chinese market. This includes collaboration with education institutions, property developers, tourism bodies, professional services firms and consumer brands seeking to grow their presence on Chinese digital platforms. We are also interested in sharing practical insights through events, webinars and thought leadership around China’s digital landscape, platform trends and audience behaviour. Beyond client partnerships, we welcome opportunities to collaborate with fellow BritCham members on joint initiatives, co-hosted events or content series that help the wider community navigate China’s fast-evolving digital and commercial environment.
