Business Development Executive/Manager 业务拓展主任/经理

Responsibilities:
岗位职责：
1. Generate new business to achieve set targets defined with the Team Manager/General Manager with the support of client servicing team.
在客户服务团队的支持下开发新业务，实现与团队经理/总经理确定的既定目标。
2. Build portfolio of prospects.
建立潜在客户信息档案。
3. Work with Team Manager and General Manager to identify new clients, target client sector and create, build and develop a pipeline of prospects.
与团队经理和总经理合作，发现新客户和目标客户群体，并创造、建立和开发潜在客户渠道。
4. Maintain and service existing clients to achieve successful renewal ratio with the support of Team Manager, General Manager and client servicing team.
维护和服务现有客户，在团队经理、总经理和客户服务团队的支持下，实现成功续约率。
5. Perform ad hoc project assigned by supervisor.
完成上级指派的任务。

Requirements:
岗位要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
大学本科及以上学历
2. Relevant work experience related to business development, insurance industry experience is preferred
业务拓展相关岗位工作经验，保险行业优先
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, native English and Spanish speaking is preferred,
精通英语口语与书写，英语母语和西班牙母语优先
