Your job as Business Development Intern is to collaborate with Venture’s Partnership Team to support driving business growth through lead generation, creation of a robust client database, identifying of new business opportunities, and holistic support for a wide array of business writing needs.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Assist in conducting market research to identify business opportunities in the education sector and compile database for potential clients
- Assist in developing and implementing business development plan to expand our client base
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials , sales proposals and presentations to promote our services
- Collaborate with other team members to support the overall business development efforts
- Provide administrative support as needed, including maintaining client databases and preparing documents
- Support sales team in brainstorming, generating and follow up with leads, and perform other ad hoc tasks
- Support/attend networking events and conferences to build business connections
Key requirements for the role:
- Excellent English communication/writing skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Strong analytical/market research skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Native Chinese speaker preferred;
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, proactive, teamwork spirit;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Attributes that would give a candidate an edge:
- Experience in business development
- Experience in working in education sector and have connections and resources
- Experience in translating business English and Mandarin
- Experience in working on an international team
- Understanding of CRM such as “Hubspot”

Reporting to: Partnerships Manager
Schedule: 9am-6pm; Monday to Friday
Period: Minimum 3 Months
Salary: 150RMB per working day
