We are seeking experienced Business Development Managers to join our dynamic International team across Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Mainland China and Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partners/brokers in the respective office and region, identifying new leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients and suppliers, and working with internal and external parties to provide excellent customer service to existing and potential buyers.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with our partners/ brokers in the respective office and region
  • Identifying new leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients and suppliers
  • Working with internal and external parties to provide excellent customer service to existing and potential buyers
  • Assist with marketing and organizing company events
  • Assisting brokers with their appointments with potential buyers in the office
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 3 years Business development experience, preferably in Real Estate and other relevant industries such as hospitality and luxury retail
  • Ability to build a rapport with senior managers/ directors as well as partners from all levels
  • Ability to adapt approach for maximum conversion
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Passionate about real estate, highly motivated and adaptable
  • Strong work ethics and a great team player
  • Able to work on weekends to support exhibitions.
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good project management skill
  • Effective communications skill
  • With track records of sales capability
