Position: Junior Consultant Intern (starting as soon as possible)
Location: Remote (Beijing-based preferred)
Schoolata is a UK startup with a diverse team from around the world and an office in Beijing. We are a dynamic and agile team of entrepreneurs and education industry specialists. Schoolata has developed an AI-driven platform for the education sector and expanded to 40 countries with the fastest growth markets, altogether comprising 41 billion USD in GDP (39% of global), 4.06% average GDP growth, and 65% of the world’s population.
We are seeking a Junior Consultant Intern to join our hybrid team and support Schoolata’s continued growth and expansion. Working closely with the CEO, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks, from marketing to hands-on research and day-to-day operational support. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain exposure across all areas of a fast-paced startup, with practical experience at the intersection of technology, education, and business.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Research
- Gathering and managing data relating to the global education sector (including finding education events, charities, schools-related information, etc.) on a regular basis
- Supporting the team through ad-hoc information gathering
- Assisting with macro research reports and AI-driven data collection
Executive Support
- Assist the CEO with scheduling, and other administrative tasks
- Help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the leadership team
Business Development and Sales
- Supporting a combination of traditional and creative strategies to engage global audience on a daily basis
Key Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills in an international setting
- Confident, self-driven, able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Able to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances
- Problem-solving, creative, can-do mindset
- Not afraid of either big picture strategy or ground-up grunt work, and willing to participate in all aspects of the company
- Fast learner and technologically savvy

- Cultural and/or language experience in different countries
- Previous experience in the education or business sectors

Details:
- Reporting to: CEO
- Period: February 2026 (minimum 3 months)
- Salary: 100 rmb per working day
- Hours: Ideally 1:00pm – 10:00pm (Beijing time)
- Commitment: Minimum 3 working days per week
