JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE:
- To assist Business Development Manager for sales operation and client relationship management.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain client database
- Analyse client performance and productivity
- Client communication on a day-to-day basis of any possible inquiries from the clients.
- Other works that assigned by the company
REQUIREMENTS
- Language skills: fluent English and Mandarin command and capable to work in a bilingual environment.
- Strong data analyse skills and proficient usage of Excel and other database management and analysis software.
- 3-5 years multi-national organisationsworking experiences.
- Degree level education.
- Culturally empathetic.
- Highly self-motivated; ability to work on own initiative and without supervision.
- Organised and target focused.
- Strong networking and excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening. Good team working.
- Strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.Good interpersonal skills.
- Multi-task, work under pressure, highly disciplined.
