Director of Operations of Achieve Schools

Job brief:

We are looking for an experienced Director of Operations woking as The China Chief Representative of three Achieve UK schools(Abbotsholme School, Chase Grammar School and Kilgraston School) to plan and monitor the day-to-day running of relevant business. You will be the one to ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by discovering the most efficient ways to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success.

Responsibilities:

1. Formulate business plans and annual work plans according to the company’s overall strategic objectives;
2. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of enrollment plan, and lead the team to achieve the annual target;
3. Responsible for business extending, research and analysis of market situation, follow-up and implementation of key projects;
4. Responsible for the development, negotiation, cooperation agreement signing and project landing of potential Chinese partner schools;
5. Responsible for formulating long-term strategic cooperation plans with Chinese partner schools and maintaining cooperative relationships;
6. Represent UK schools to maintain relationships and official contacts with Chinese partner schools and related agencies;
7. Responsible for formulating the annual budget of relevant business, ensuring the efficient resource utilization and cost control;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

1. Aged over 35, having a Bachelor degree or above, able to use English as a working language;
2. Familiar with the international education industry, K12 Education and the Commonwealth System of education and teaching logic
3. more than 8 years of relevant work experience, of which more than 5 years of management work experience is preferred;
4. Having overseas study or work background, and relevant experience in international educational cooperation projects;
5. Excellent management ability, strong sense of professionalism and responsibility;
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills, negotiation skills, able to work under pressure.

Work Location: Clove Garden, the well-known old house in the core area of Shanghai, China, with superior office environment
