About the Role
This role focuses on supporting top-tier clientele, with a strong emphasis on Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) projects and events. It goes far beyond basic administration. You’ll be given projects to own and manage, working with regular check-ins from your line manager. You’ll support EO members directly — providing you with unparalleled access to some of Beijing’s most successful international entrepreneurs while learning from their approaches and networks. We are looking for someone who is proactive, confident in making decisions, and eager to learn. For the right candidate, this internship can grow into a long-term professional role.
Key Responsibilities
– Support EO Beijing Metropolitan with project coordination, operations, and communications – Proactively identify tasks, challenges, and opportunities to support EO members and client projects
– Take ownership of assigned projects, working independently with regular check-ins
– Attend meetings, provide operational support, and take professional minutes
– Assist with event planning, logistics, setup, and on-site support
– Manage communications across WeChat, LinkedIn, and email with professionalism
– Create and prepare reports, presentations, and materials (Excel, Google Workspace, Canva) – Support SEO development and website management for Our Beijing and EO projects
– Provide logistical and creative support to enhance both client and event experiences
What We’re Looking For
– Bilingual in English & Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
– Confident, detail-oriented, and able to make independent decisions
– Strong self-management skills with the ability to proactively take initiative
– Quick learner with problem-solving ability and creative thinking skills
– Comfortable with digital tools (Excel, Google Workspace, Canva, WeChat, LinkedIn)
– Prior admin, events, or marketing experience helpful, but not required — drive and adaptability matter most
