Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate medium and long-term human resource planning, company structure adjustment, etc. according to the company’s development strategy and planning.
- Responsible for the construction and implementation of the company’s performance management system.
- Responsible for formulating and improving various personnel management systems and processes and take in charge of implementation.
- Improve the company’s training mechanism, pay attention to talent development.
- Formulate a salary and welfare system in line with the company according to the company’s development and planning, combined with the market level.
- Responsible for the construction and promotion of the company’s corporate culture and enhance the cohesion and creativity of employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management, business administration and related majors are preferred.
- Familiar with various tasks of human resource management, especially good at strategy, OD, performance system construction, training, etc.
- More than 8 years of human resources related work experience, and more than 3 years of work experience in HR director role.
- Familiar with national, regional and enterprise laws and regulations and related policies on contract management, welfare and salary, employment mechanism, training, etc.
- Good communication, coordination skills and team management skills.
- Cheerful, proactive, result-oriented, hard-working, and strong ability to work under pressure.
