Job Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate medium and long-term human resource planning, company structure adjustment, etc. according to the company’s development strategy and planning.
  2. Responsible for the construction and implementation of the company’s performance management system.
  3. Responsible for formulating and improving various personnel management systems and processes and take in charge of implementation.
  4. Improve the company’s training mechanism, pay attention to talent development.
  5. Formulate a salary and welfare system in line with the company according to the company’s development and planning, combined with the market level.
  6. Responsible for the construction and promotion of the company’s corporate culture and enhance the cohesion and creativity of employees.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management, business administration and related majors are preferred.
  2. Familiar with various tasks of human resource management, especially good at strategy, OD, performance system construction, training, etc.
  3. More than 8 years of human resources related work experience, and more than 3 years of work experience in HR director role.
  4. Familiar with national, regional and enterprise laws and regulations and related policies on contract management, welfare and salary, employment mechanism, training, etc.
  5. Good communication, coordination skills and team management skills.
  6. Cheerful, proactive, result-oriented, hard-working, and strong ability to work under pressure.
