Leasing Director

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for leasing management of the commercial and office real estate sectors.
2. Formulate and implement the company’s annual leasing plan.
3. Encourage and lead the team to complete the leasing goal.
4. Carry out the construction and integration of online and offline channels and formulate effective promotion strategies.
5. Formulate sales system and process and supervise the implementation of the performance incentive plan.
6. Build an excellent sales team, help employees to grow and realize their growth and values.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor‘s degree or above in marketing and related majors.
2. More than 5 years of working experience in the commercial or office real estate industry or working experience in the five major agents is preferred, 3 years of work experience in the same position.
3. Familiar with channel development of high-end leasing business in commercial or office real estate.
4. Been the top sales of the commercial or office real estate industry or once leading the top team is preferred.
5. Hard working, passionate, entrepreneurial, and emotionally intelligent.
6. Love of sales work, desire for achievement, and be result-oriented.
