Your Mission: Be the Voice of Pioneering Business Travel in China

We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual MICE Marketing Specialist to become the strategic voice for our corporate services. Your mission is to build WildChina’s positioning as the foremost expert in creating unique, insight-driven MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) programs in China. You will translate our legacy of exceptional, off-the-beaten- path corporate experiences into compelling narratives that captivate an international business audience, driving awareness and growth.

Key Responsibilities: Where Strategy Meets Storytelling

1. Strategic Marketing & Content Leadership

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy to position WildChina as the leader in insight-driven corporate travel in China.
  • Craft all compelling content—including articles, case studies, video, and social media posts—that showcases our unique programs, client successes, and industry expertise in sectors like EV, tech, and renewables.
  • Manage and amplify our digital presence: own the LinkedIn strategy, optimize the corporate website for SEO, and explore collaborations with relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)and partners to extend our reach and authority within the international business community.

2. Business Development & Program Support

  • Support Business Development: Actively support the BD team by preparing client-facing materials, conducting market/competitor research for pitches, and assisting with outreach campaigns to target new client segments.
  • Lead Event & Trip Marketing:Provide full marketing support for flagship corporate events and learning trips across China. This includes creating promotional campaigns, capturing content during events, and developing post-event showcases to generate new leads.
  • Represent at Industry Events: Attend and represent WildChina at key trade fairs, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and build industry relationships.
  • Facilitate Industry Recognition: Research and apply for relevant industry awards and media opportunities to build brand authority and create powerful social proof for the sales team.

3. Analysis & Reporting

Deliver a comprehensive monthly metrics report, analyzing campaign performance across all channels to measure ROI, glean insights, and strategically guide future marketing investments.

Who You Are: The Ideal Candidate

You are a creative and analytical marketer who is passionate about bridging cultures and telling stories that drive business growth.

  • Linguistic & Cultural Bridge: You are fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken), with impeccable grammar and the ability to craft nuanced copy that resonates across cultures. You have a deep, genuine interest in China—its business landscape, culture, and geography.
  • Strategic Marketer & Creator: You have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within the MICE, travel, B2B services, or related industry. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative, fast- paced environment.
  • Technically Skilled Practitioner: You have experience with: Graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus), Website CMS (WordPress preferred), Basic multimedia and video editing skills are a strong advantage.What We Offer
