About Sausage Roll Party

Sausage Roll Party is a growing food and events brand built around great products, strong relationships, and community-driven experiences. As we grow, customer experience and repeat business matter just as much as sales — and this role sits right at that intersection.

The Role

This is a part-time, remote-first role focused on customer service, account management, and marketing support. You will manage customer relationships from first contact through repeat business, support sales growth, help organise and attend events, and ensure every client interaction reflects the quality of our brand.

There is one face-to-face meeting per week. All other work is remote.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

– Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries
– Respond promptly and professionally via WeChat, email, and other channels
– Answer questions, confirm orders, and handle follow-ups
– Ensure a smooth, positive customer experience from start to finish
– Resolve issues proactively to maintain client satisfaction

Account Management

– Manage existing customer and partner accounts
– Maintain relationships with repeat clients and key contacts
– Follow up after orders and events to encourage repeat business
– Track conversations, orders, and client needs
– Ensure clients feel valued and well looked after

Sales & Growth

– Help convert enquiries into confirmed sales
– Drive repeat orders and long-term customer value
– Identify upsell and cross-promotion opportunities
– Work toward clear performance goals tied to revenue and retention

Marketing & Events

– Support marketing initiatives and promotions
– Communicate offers, updates, and events to customers
– Attend and assist with organising pop-ups and events
– Represent Sausage Roll Party in person
– Gather customer feedback to improve future offerings

Pay & Progression

This role features a three-tier salary structure, with advancement tied to performance:

Tier 1: 3,000 RMB / month
Tier 2: 4,000 RMB / month
Tier 3: 6,000 RMB / month

Progression is based on account management effectiveness, sales contribution, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
