1.Supporting the growth strategy of the global business team on the business side.
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly analysis of the results of the global business team and comparison of differences.
3.Formulate different industry codes of conduct and participate in the global business team to monitor the implementation effect.
4.Creation of a methodical consulting strategy to differentiate the work content of the global business staff, as well as insight into the problems in the business development process of front-line business personnel and formulation of special improvement plans with the Team Leader, daily tracking and review.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, English can be used as a working language
- Strong sensitivity to data and logical analysis ability, good at data analysis, SQL language ability;
- Insight into social and pan-entertainment industry, live streaming, understanding of companies in the industry and platform operation strategy, more than 2 years related business operation experience is preferred;
- For the social and pan-entertainment industry, live broadcasting, etc., you have already had insight into the industry or company and platform operating strategies, 2 years of relevant experience in this business environment is preferred.
- Proactive and positive; Patient, Expressed sense of responsibility, motivated, resilient, team-oriented, communicative, understanding, inquisitive and capable of learning.
