Are you a confident and outgoing individual with a passion for yoga and wellness? Taozi Tree Yoga, an award-winning yoga studio in the heart of the city, is seeking a Sales Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Intern, you will be responsible for managing the sales funnel, guiding potential students through the customer life cycle, and building and maintaining relationships with our valued clients and students.

Responsibilities:
- Guide potential students through the customer life cycle, providing information and support at each stage.
- Utilize sales techniques to convert leads into paying students, ensuring a seamless transition through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand lead generation strategies and optimize the conversion process.
- Build and maintain relationships with students to encourage repeat business and foster customer loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional services or products to existing clients at different stages of the customer life cycle.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the sales funnel to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency of the sales process, from lead generation to conversion.
- Provide regular feedback to the team on student interactions and market trends to contribute to ongoing sales strategy refinement.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to student engagement and satisfaction.
- Support Taozi’s community building strategy and execution.
Requirements:
- Friendly, confident, and effective communicator (English and Chinese).
- Outgoing personality; a passion for yoga is a must.
- Taozi Tree Yoga attitude, ability to work independently.
- Sales-focused mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Experience with Chinese social media tools.
- Holds a University Degree or equivalent.
