We are a premium UK-based education services provider, committed to supporting Chinese students with British curriculum tutoring in various subjects & exam preparation, UK school admissions advisory, and university admissions advisory services. Our students go on to some of the best schools and universities in the UK, including Oxbridge & G5. Our head office is based in London and we are now expanding our team in our Beijing office, located in the CBD.
Job Purpose
The primary objective of this role is to identify target customers and close sales effectively. We provide an array of sales tools including trial classes, webinars, and workshops to assist in lead generation and sales closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate leads among international school students in China.
- Close sales and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Prepare and present tailored proposals to potential clients.
- Liaise with the academic team to address product or service-related queries.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new opportunities.
- Engage in networking and use social media platforms to enhance sales prospects.
- Organize and deliver presentations that cater to the specific needs of the audience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in educational consultancy and tutoring companies, specifically with British curriculum education is preferred.
- An existing network within the target market, enabling quick results delivery.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales quotas.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Working Conditions
- This position is based in our Beijing office, with regular working hours.
Compensation and Benefits
- The role offers a base salary plus commission.
