Job Overview

WildChina Education is seeking a results-oriented Sales Support to join our Beijing office. We’re looking for an energetic and proactive team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to launch a career with impact. Job Location: Beijing

Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help the sales team deliver fast, friendly responses to our customers.
  • Prepare sales materials, create proposals and presentations, and organize reports for

    client meetings.

  • Keep records of sales activities and client interactions up-to-date in our sales system.
  • Support impactful sales strategies that help us reach our goals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to launch sales promotions and events.
  • Stay organized by scheduling meetings and managing everyday company

    correspondence.

  • Support on-the-ground programs (with the potential to travel internationally in the

    future)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related discipline.
  • Confident using written and spoken English to communicate.
  • Experience in sales support or administration—bonus points if you’ve worked in

    education or travel!

  • Great communicator and team player who likes meeting new people.
  • Excited about travel, learning, and discovering new cultures.
  • Open-minded, enthusiastic, and ready to take on new challenges.
