Elite Scholars of China (ESC) is seeking a Digital Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. ESC helps China’s brightest and most promising high school students apply to America’s most prestigious colleges.
Digital Media and Marketing Coordinator Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with our Events and Student Recruitment teams to manage publicity for critical ESC recruiting opportunities, as well as coordinating and monitoring marketing leads;
- Define and execute ESC’s digital media strategy across platforms including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, Website, etc.;
- Collaborate with the team to support internal and external events including conferences, seminars, road shows, other firmwide initiatives and regional projects;
- Provide data management, logistics and on-site support for events;
- Track and measure effectiveness;
- Liaise with vendors and ensure all final deliverables are following brand guidelines and firmwide communications policies;
- Coordinate with other sub-teams within the department including internal media, graphics, video, web & database and social media etc. to ensure cohesive and comprehensive delivery of marketing services;
- Complete other tasks that the superior assigned;
- Report to the manager in the team.
Requirements
- Degree in Communications, Marketing or any other related field
- 1+ years of experience with social media management or marketing/event
- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media
- Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (WeChat, Weibo, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
- Maintains excellent Chinese writing and language skills, familiar with office software, Photoshop and video editing
- Native Mandarin speaker with professional fluency in English

- 深度了解不同社交媒体平台以及相应的用户群体(微信,微博,网站等)
- 优秀的中文写作和语言能力, 熟练使用Office, PS及视频编辑软
- 母语为普通话并要求流利的英语水平
