I am the founder of CRTR Communications and the Managing Director of JIN Media. I have lived in China since 2014 and have been founding and running SMEs in China for 10 years, with experience in education, culture, tourism and communications. I am a Chinese speaker and, in my work, often communicate with local government officials and departments. From 2017-2022 I worked on training projects for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics in Zhangjiakou, winning multiple government tenders and delivering training to the State Grid Corporation of China. In 2024, I founded CRTR with the aim of increasing the flow of arts and culture between China and the UK, curating two exhibitions at the Edinburgh Festival in 2025. CRTR has since grown into a communications and media company, acquiring the JIN Media platform in Tianjin as part of an expansion of consulting and marketing services.
