Position: Admissions Officer
Job Location: Daystar Academy (DS Campus)
Reports To: Admissions Director
Summary
The Admissions Officer is responsible for recruiting Elementary students. The major task is to reach out a large number of prospective parents through various channels, including but not limited to feeder schools, agencies, media, parents online/wechat, etc, in order to achieve admissions enrollment target. It is a data driven task. The evaluation is based on the number of visitors and the number of enrollment.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Conducts school tours and introduces curriculum, school’s history, culture, educational philosophy, and goals, equipment and facilities, and admissions process.
- Replies admissions emails and phone calls within 24 hours.
- Schedules and organizes entrance interviews for prospective students, enroll students according to admissions policies and process
- Updates admissions online statistics on a weekly basis
- Updates prospective parents data
- Regularly follow-up with families who have attended the open house
- Engages in online and offline marketing activities, including attending open houses and school fairs, visiting feeder schools, working with recruitment agencies
- Handles withdrawal and refund affairs, and submit other online approval affairs
- Performs other tasks assigned by supervisor

- Over 5 years of related working experience

- Proficiency in the use of office software
- Bachelor degree or above
