We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Explore relationships to develop third party partnerships and sales activities for leads acquisition and thus contribute to the achievement of GPB customer growth.
- Plan and monitor sales activities and leads acquisition against performance targets, analyses resource requirements, propose and implement measures to increase productivity and profitability up to target.
- Implement initiatives in channel development, and planning, preparation and organization of sales activities so as to ensure the high quality and cost effectiveness of leads acquisition.
- Implement business plan including channel structure, sales goals, manage the channel cost to income ration in alignment with group direction.
- Manage the channel cost and expenses, ensure strong relationship with all business partners.
- Contribute to developing business strategy through cost control income generating ideas.
- Assist BDM lead to ensure the achievement of GPB customer acquisition strategic and operating objectives, including annual sales targets and business profitability.
- Maintain sales quality ratio within prescribed levels.
Requirements
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Proven ability in HNW and UHNW channel developing and maintaining
Current product/market knowledge
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal, leadership and motivation skills
Strong sales and organization ability and problem solving skills
Result driven and able to work under pressure
Good spoken and written English
