This Channel Manager role is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with channel partners especially in Guangdong/Guangzhou region. This role requires the formulation of effective partnership strategies, the recruitment of new partners, and collaboration with RSL on marketing and promotional initiatives to drive business growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners in the Guangdong/Guangzhou region and support regional market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the company in promoting local brand strategies and implementing channel strategies to support sales objectives and regional expansion;
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, including educational partners, teaching centres, and independent teachers;
- Maintain long-term and stable relationships with existing partners through regular visits, interviews, and other forms of communication; collect partner feedback and report findings to the company;
- Work with partners to develop business plans, set targets, and monitor progress;
- Provide partners with necessary training, resources, and support to ensure effective promotion and sales of our services;
- Monitor and evaluate partner performance, and where necessary, recommend improvements or strategic adjustments to the company;
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities, and provide timely recommendations regarding channel strategy adjustments;
- Be available for short-term business travel as required by work needs;
- Undertake any other duties temporarily assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- Good command of English and Mandarin.
- Management experience in multinational companies with operations, HR staffing, marketing or sales is preferred.
- Able to take short-term business travels.
- Strong convincing skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Locate in Guangzhou or Shenzhen.
