Your new role

You will work closely with clients and candidate as a recruitment expert in your specific field. You will be working closely with the office head and the greater management team to drive this business forward. You will also be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and building networks in the local market.

Your solid experience in recruitment along with your passion to develop people will help you to create valuable relationships with the stakeholders you work with. There is fast-track opportunities to senior management after you have demonstrated your contribution to the business. There are also many opportunities for you to operate on an autonomous level whilst being supported by our established corporate services teams.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful, you are expected to be an AMBITIOUS person who is driven to succeed, a person with at least 5+ years solid recruitment experience specializing in IT industry with a comprehensive understanding in this specific industry, IT technical background will be a plus. You will thrive under pressure and respond proactively and positively to both individual and team targets.

You are entitled to lead a team based on exceptional leadership skill with high potential. Furthermore, it is recommended that you have a proven track record dealing with high profile clients in IT industry with excellent sales revenue. Excellent communication and presentation skill are necessary, fluent in both English and Mandarin.
