As a Junior Consultant at Venture, you will be involved with every aspect of what we do, from research to events, business development, and sustaining our company culture. This role is ideal for a recent graduate, someone shifting from teaching or administration to the business side of education, or anyone else with a spirit of adventure and an appetite for learning and fast growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Research

• Support monthly research reports, analysing policy and news in the sector.
• Support one-off reports or clients.

2. Marketing and Events

• Support the development of engaging social media on official LinkedIn and WeChat channels.
• Translate and create content for our client WeChat channels.
• Translate marketing materials into Chinese.
• Support the logistics and operations of online and offline events.

3. Business Development

• Support business intelligence reports and guides.
• Attend client meetings and respond to requests.
• Reach out to a wide range of relevant stakeholders around the world.

4. Internal Operations

• Support with organising and onboarding new interns.
• Support ongoing recruitment of interns and new staff members.
• Liaise with finance and HR over day-to-day office operations.

5. New Project Support

• Venture has two new innovative projects that are expected to grow rapidly; your support may be required in any aspect of their development.

Requirements

• A positive presence in the office. Enthusiastic, able to work in a very diverse international team, and open to regularly eating noodles for lunch.
