We are currently looking for a part-time Report Designer to support the visual design and layout of reports, presentations, posters and other communication materials.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing and formatting reports, presentations, posters and visual materials.
- Supporting the layout and visual communication of research findings and data.
- Working closely with Venture’s founder and project team in English.
- Ensuring visual consistency, accuracy and attention to detail across materials.
Key requirements for the role:
- Experience designing reports, infographics and presentations.
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator (or Canva).
- Ability to communicate confidently in English.
- Fast response time and reliable communication.
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Ability to manage tasks and deadlines in a flexible working environment.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Attributes that would give a candidate an edge:
- Experience working with education, research or consulting-related content.
- Experience with bilingual (English and Chinese) design materials.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear visual communication.

Schedule: 9am-6pm; 2 days per week
