Program Coordinator
Beijing/Shanghai/Remote
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Working directly with English-speaking clients to design highly personalized experiential education programs in China and beyond.
- Act as major point of contact between the client and operation teams to manage priorities and ensure deliverables are met
- Sharing your growing destination knowledge with the wider team and contributing to marketing initiatives.
- Thinking outside of the box to consistently update our product portfolio, innovating and improving our programs and destinations.
- Work with operation team to deal with any emergency happen before, during/after the program
- Prepare all documents for program, follow up program status
- Acting as a representative of our company at client-facing events and program orientations
- Join the program on the ground at least 2-3 times a year to understand the ground logistic
Requirements:
- A strong client service orientation, with good written and verbal communication skills
- A proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment whilst remaining level-headed under pressure
- A proven ability to work in a team environment
- A responsible, professional and highly motivated team player, proactive in meeting client needs
- Thorough with a strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with various groups including Sales, academic team, Accounting, operator and other Front and Middle Office areas
- Confident in dealings with client, both over the phone and face-to-face
- Work closely with Academic manager and operator to create proposals based on client’s requirements
- Work closely with project leader and operator to deliver the program
- Software skills
