Asia Perspective is an independent Management Consulting firm bridging the business world of Europe and Eastern Asia. We’re growing and expanding our business to Beijing. Now we are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to join with us full time.
Position Title: Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging potential clients via events and outreach
- Maintaining and growing relationships with chambers, associations and other key organizations
- Creating and overseeing file systems that securely store commercial documents, like records, reports
- Entering trading record into the company database
- Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, consulting team and finance to optimize sales activities
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree with at least 3 years relative work experiences, preferable in MNC
- High integrity, well organized, reliable and proactive, openness and positive to the challenge
- Strong in coordination of organizing events, speaking engagements and outreach in business community
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to maintain good relationships with our clients
- Fluent English both in writing and speaking
- Acceptable for business travels
