Job Description
1. To establish system objectives for Clinical Value Analysis teams in relation to goals set for standardization/cost reduction in physician-preference and other product categories.
2. Research and champion savings with a focus on utilization, waste reduction and overall cost per case reduction.
3. Best-demonstrated practices, product standardization/utilization initiatives among UFH hospitals.
4. Assist clinical and supply chain operations as needed in implementation of new 5. product/technology requests.
6. Advise and facilitate implementation of appropriate practice related to supply use.
7. Performs research, data analysis, and benchmarking. Develops tools, graphics,
8. presentations as appropriate to improve the value analysis program and identify gaps, opportunities, action plans.
9. Liaison manufacture, purchasers and clinics for products training
10. Using consumable data to analyze and report standardization monthly
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree is required
2. Minimum five years healthcare industry experience is required.
3. Good comprehension and strong sense of work flow execution and control.
4. Must have experience with healthcare supply chain, standardization, utilization, product.
5. adoption/implementation, contract management, surgical services, value analysis or change management.
6. Demonstrate experience with persuasiveness planning, presentation and negotiation skills.
7. Good language skills in English and Chinese
8. Knowledge of computer software with an intermediate skill level for Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
9. Knowledge of supply chain management
10. The position requires strong communication and presentation skills.
