The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award China (the Award in China) is the official representative and exclusively licensed entity of The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation to operate in mainland China.
Our long-term ambition is for all young people in China, regardless of their ability or experience, to have the opportunity to participate in The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award.
Our vision is to encourage every 14-24-year-old to learn new skills, get physically active, and volunteer within their communities to make a positive contribution to a harmonious society.
Summary of Role
Working closely with the Operations Manager and other colleagues, this role will provide operational administration to the Award delivery partners, volunteers and participants, therefore contributes to the assurance of quality for the Award delivery.
This role will be accountable for data managing, invoicing and other account support in a timely manner, to create and maintain excellent partner relationships which further develop the Award in China.
The Operations Administrator will also look after organizational administrative work and our CSR initiatives to maximize the diversity of young people taking part in the Award.
Responsibilities
- Provide account support to client organizations re finance matters, issuing invoices, providing fapiao coordination, checking e-bank, confirming VAT info., and etc.
- Liaise with client organizations’ finance team to provide guidance and collect payments accordingly
- Liaise with outsourced finance/tax agency for finance and tax reports
- Create internal weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual cashflow reports
- Liaise with human resources agency and related departments to provide administration support
- Coordinate with supporters, charities and youth organizations for CSR initiatives
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative capacity
- Proven track record of administrative support in finance or operations
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in finance, business, or related
Skills, Knowledge and Required Competencies
- High English proficiency in international work environment
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products
- Highly detail-oriented and strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask
- Works well in a team environment in a hybrid mode
- Willing to take on projects and complete in a timely manner
- Strong communication skills

3 职责概述
与运营经理和其他同事密切配合,该职位将为爱奖执行伙伴、协调员和导师,爱奖参与者提供运营行政支持,以建立和维护优秀的合作伙伴关系,共同确保爱奖的高质量执行。该职位还将负责内部行政以及企业社会责任工作。
4 主要职责
- 提供数据核对、收费通知、发票开具等服务
- 对接联系财税、人力、社保、公积金等部门
- 对接联系青少年公益机构开展企业社会责任
5 任职资格
5.1 教育背景和工作经验
- 财会、行政等相关专业本科学历
- 1-3年财务或运营行政方面的工作经验
5.2 技能、知识和所需能力
- 精通国际工作环境中的英语,包括书面和口语
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office产品
- 注重细节,逻辑严谨,能同时处理多项任务
- 愿意承担项目并及时完成
- 较强的沟通能力
