The Business Development Director is responsible for implementing an effective sales strategy and the necessary processes to drive revenue for the British Council assessment and examinations business in Mainland China.
You will lead a dynamic business development team, with a successful track record of selling assessment solutions to education institutions and organisations across China. You will play a key role in building on the success of a major exams and assessment solutions business and ever expanding client base.
The role encompasses a broad range of functions; including but not limited to strategy, sales training and management, coaching, relationship development, marketing analysis and research; and advertising. You will be a strategist, pragmatist and innovator, committed to helping improve business performance and processes.
You will have an innate ability to communicate effectively and nurture, senior level relationships, to form opportunities to grow our business sustainably.
