Insurance BD Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Generate new business to achieve set targets defined with the Team Manager/General Manager with the support of client servicing team.
2. Build portfolio of prospects.
3. Work with Team Manager and General Manager to identify new clients, target client sector and create, build and develop a pipeline of prospects.
4. Maintain and service existing clients to achieve a successful renewal ratio with the support of Team Manager, General Manager and client servicing team.

Requirements:

1. Foreign national
2. Bachelor’s degree or above
3. Relevant work experience related to business development, financial industry, insurance and consultant experience is preferred
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, native English speaking is preferred
