Marketing & Communications Intern
Location: Beijing (hybrid – partial remote)
Commitment: Min. 4 days/week · 3-month minimum
Compensation: Daily stipend + access to experiences and events
Our Beijing is not your typical travel company. We specialise in unforgettable, experience-driven adventures that explore beyond the expected, unlocking a hidden side to Beijing that most people visiting miss. Now, we’re looking for an intern to join our fast-paced, fun, and people-focused team.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be involved in all thing’s communications and coordination — helping us tell our story while supporting unforgettable experiences. Tasks include:
• Writing blog posts, WeChat articles, and updating website content
• Managing and growing our social media presence
• Reaching out to potential partners and clients via email
• Communicating with local and international businesses
• Assisting with event planning and operations for our partner organizations, including the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), working alongside business leaders at international-level events
Who You Are
You’re a people person with a sharp brain and adventurous spirit. Ideally, you:
• Are fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Are organized, proactive, and a great problem-solver
• Have solid tech skills and are confident using AI tools for content creation (and know how to check and refine the output)
• Can manage tasks and meet deadlines
• Are a strong writer and communicator
• Video content creation skills are a big plus, but not required
• Listen well, take great notes, and enjoy working on multiple projects
