Testimonial from the previous chapter manager:
“Unlike most operation roles in an organization, here at EO China North, I was fortunate to get inspired by and network with a team of leading entrepreneurs from 10+ industries and 17+ countries. Not only did I learn about seeing the big picture of how an international NPO works, but I got hands-on experiences on leadership and project management through co-organizing and attending many rewarding local events for free, locally in Beijing and regionally in Asia.
What are some of the perks of working for EO? Practically, the chapter sponsored me to travel to Bali Island, Kuala Lumpur and Macau for regional and regional training and events. In addition, I also had equal access to special offers from EO’s strategic business partners, such as 10% off on all British Airway seats, free co-working space membership and discounted dental checks to name a few. Most importantly, I grew up professionally and mentally in the two years, be it improved agility, polished English skills, or enhanced abilities to multi-task and communicate constructively.
Overall, the new perspectives, mindsets and fields I was exposed to at EO convinced me this organization has a unique cause, which draws like-minded unique individuals together to learn and grow as a team. All these once-in-a-lifetime experiences have been proven rewarding to me and are invaluable for a lifetime.”
