Founded in 2003, Gardner Group is headquartered in Derby, UK, with a total of 14 plants in 5 countries: UK, France, Poland, India and China. Gardner’s business is mainly engaged in the production, processing, assembly and maintenance of aerospace components. The main products are aircraft and engine parts, including the surface of the leading edge of the aircraft, engine-related components, take-off and landing equipment, oil pump covers and other core components.
In June 2017, LAT completed the acquisition of Gardner Group and built a facroty in Shuangliu District, Chengdu, covering an area of 45,000 square meters. Gardner’s main customer is Airbus, which is Airbus Tier 1 strategic supplier. The Chengdu factory has now passed the Airbus certification and is gradually starting formal production. Be responsible for building process and technology capability, solving technology problems, coordinating the department’s work arrangement, establishing technical management system ,building a well function team and improving the company’s technical level.
- 负责制造工艺编制及审核,辅助工装夹具设计开发以及相关技术文件编制、签核。
- Be responsible for the compile and review of manufacturing process, assisting in the design and development of fixtures as well as the compile and approval of relevant technical documents.
- 负责产品技术评审、技术交流、及相关技术信息反馈和跟进。
- Be responsible for product technical review, technical communication and feedback the related technical information and follow-up.
- 负责制定、审核部门管理制度并监督实施。
- Be responsible for formulating, reviewing and implementing department management system.
- 负责建立完善技术团队,指导下属工作,提升团队水平。
- Be responsible for establishing and improving the team, guiding the employees and improving the team level.
- 负责项目成本分析、成本估算、成本控制。
- Be responsible for cost analysis, cost estimation and cost control.
- 负责NPI项目的管理,跟进NPI过程中相关物资采购进度、外协进度、生产进度及协调解决出现的各种问题。
- Be responsible for the management of NPI and follow up the procurement progress, outsourcing progress, manufacturing progress and solve all kinds of problems.
- 负责热处理、阳极化等特种工艺的技术管理,确保满足客户及NADCAP的要求
- Be responsible for the technical management of the heat treatment, anodizing and other special processes to meet the requirements of customers and NADCAP.
- 依据产品量产的情况改进优化生产工艺,提高产品生产效率和产品质量。
- According to the situation of the mass production to improve and optimize the production process, production efficiency and the quality of product.
- 负责各技术文件的签核、分类,并建立完善的技术档案。
- Be responsible for approval and sorting of all technical documents and establish a comprehensive technical archive.
- 本科及以上学历,行业经验6年以上。
- Bachelor degree or above with more than 6 years of industry experience.
- 流利的英文听、说、读、写能力。
- Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- 熟悉多种机械加工工艺,能够设计开发合理的工装夹具。
- Familiar with various machining processes and Ability to design tools and fixtures.
- 熟悉各种材料的切削性能,尤其是铝、镁合金、钛合金。
- Familiar with the sort of materials’ cutting performance, especially aluminum, magnesium alloy and titanium alloy.
- 熟练运用UG、CATIA及加工仿真软件等编制加工程序及图纸文件。
- Be proficient in using UG、CATIA and machining simulation software to prepare machining programs and drawing.
- 熟悉生产设备的工作原理和性能及熟悉各种刀具的性能及使用。
- Familiar with the working principle and performance of equipment and tools.
- 熟悉飞机详细件装配工艺。
- Familiar with the assembly process of aerospace components.
- 具备良好的数据分析能力和发现问题、解决问题的能力。
- Excellent data analysis skills and the ability to identify and solve problems
- 有良好的协调组织能力以及沟通能力。
- Excellent coordination, organization and communication skills
- 有该岗位经验及有航空产品、各种非标件、异形件开发经验
- Working experience as an engineering manager and experience in the development of aerospace products, various non-standard and special shaped parts.
- 熟悉热处理、阳极化等特种工艺及NADCAP相关要求者优先
- Familiar with special processes such as heat treatment, anodizing and NADCAP requirements is preferred.
- 有空客产品工作经验,熟悉空客相关标准者优先。
- Working experience in Airbus products and familiar with Airbus standards is preferred.
An annual appraisal will be held to ensure the employee and their Line Manager is happy with their performance, progress and development. Further reviews may also be held to discuss any ongoing training needs of the employee.
