JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE:

  • To establish and develop sales growth across International schools, private schools and other organisationsin China.
  • To deep dive the business opportunities and help to improve productivities of the signed distributors or representativesin the country.
  • To support and deliver regular training programme / promotion event across the country.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Business partnerdevelopment:
  • Plan and activate strategies to achieve agreed sales targets with International Schools, private schools and other similar entitiesacross China.
  • Secure new and develop existing business withbusiness partners.
  • Build and nurture relationships withbusiness partners.
  • Contact and visit business partnersto generate brand awareness, promote our products and identify business development opportunities.
  • Deliver sales presentations face to face and virtually to demonstrate the effectiveness of company products.
  • Be an advocate for the brand.
    • Local representatives relationship management:
  • Visit targeted cities, interview the local teachers and reps, understand their needs and supports needed, and work out / implement business strategy in order to increase the exams entries and identify new business initiatives.
    • Presentation delivery
    • Other works that assigned by the company

REQUIREMENTS

  • Language skills: fluent English command for reading, writing, listening and speaking and is able to use English as a work language.  For foreign national applicants: fluent Mandarin in a working environment.
  • 5-8 years multi-national organisationsworking experiences.
  • Understand relevant academic rules, regulations and policies in China.
  • Degree level education. Music learning experience is a plusbut not compulsory..
  • Demonstrable knowledge of long-term project planning, monitoring and on-going business development
  • Culturally empathetic.
  • Highly self-motivated; ability to work on own initiative and without supervision.
  • IT literate with the ability to use technology to communicate effectively and support the business.
  • Organised and target focused.
  • Strong networking and excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening. Good team working.
  • Strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.Good interpersonal skills.
  • Financially astute, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Willingness/ability to travel extensively within the region.
  • Multi-task, work under pressure, highly disciplined.
  • A quick learner.
