Wordsearch is hiring: Designer, Beijing Studio

We are looking for a talented Designer to join our Beijing studio, supporting branding and communications projects for leading real estate, architecture and placemaking clients across China.

Wordsearch is a London-headquartered branding and communications agency with over 45 years of experience and studios around the world. We specialise in real estate, architecture and the built environment, helping bring buildings and places to life through strategy, identity, storytelling and marketing.

The role would suit someone with over two years of commercial design experience, a strong design education, excellent visual judgement and a solid foundation in typography, layout, image selection and visual storytelling. Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills are essential, along with good English communication and ideally native-level Chinese.

This is a varied role for a capable all-rounder, supporting brand identity, presentations, marketing materials, visual research, campaign ideas and digital content. We are looking for someone who appreciates thoughtful, professional commercial design, enjoys working carefully and is curious about architecture, cities, culture and lifestyle.

Interest in AI tools, film, motion, photography, social media or new creative workflows would be valuable, but a strong eye, positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.

Location: Beijing
Experience: Over two years’ commercial design experience
Languages: Good English and ideally native-level Chinese
