Wordsearch is hiring: Project Manager, Beijing Studio
We are looking for a capable Project Manager to join our Beijing studio, managing branding and communications projects for leading real estate, architecture and placemaking clients across China.
Wordsearch is a London-headquartered agency with over 45 years of experience and studios around the world. We specialise in branding and communications for real estate, architecture and the built environment, helping bring buildings and places to life through strategy, identity, storytelling and marketing.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys both client communication and the practical detail of project delivery. You will manage timelines, budgets, workflows and deliverables, working closely with clients, consultants, strategists, designers, writers and international colleagues.
While based in Beijing, you will manage projects across China and work from time to time with Wordsearch studios in Asia and our head office in London. You will also support business development, including market research, client outreach, proposals, pitch materials, presentations and case studies.
We are looking for someone highly organised, commercially aware and calm under pressure, with strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, ideally native-level Chinese. You should be proactive, detail-focused and comfortable helping clients and creative teams move from ideas to action.
Experience in a creative agency, branding studio, architecture, real estate, marketing or communications environment would be highly valuable. An interest in architecture, cities, culture and the built environment would be a strong advantage.
Location: Beijing
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
